What if I do not receive the link to confirm my order?

If you haven't received a confirmation link, don't worry! You can still access your order through the Socios.com app. Go to the Auctions section under Your Bids, select your winning bid, and complete your order by filling in all the required information.

Please note: you will have 48 hours from the moment you win the bid to complete your order, otherwise it will be automatically cancelled, and your Reward Points won't be returned.
