Do cancelled redemption orders count towards my Annual Rewards Cap?

Yes. Each user is subject to an Annual Rewards Cap of 20 units per calendar year. Please note that if you initiate a redemption through auctions but fail to complete it by not providing the required details within the 48-hour window, it will be cancelled and will still count towards your annual limit.

If you encounter any technical issues while providing the requested details to complete the redemption, please contact our support team within the 48-hour timeframe so we can assist you manually before the order is cancelled.
