Starting 10 September 2026, Passkeys are the primary login method for Socios.com.

Authenticate using Face ID, fingerprint, or device PIN to enter your account instantly.

1. Open the Socios.com app.
2. Tap Log In with Passkey.
3. Authenticate using Face ID, fingerprint, or device PIN to enter your account instantly.

If you have iCloud Keychain (iPhone) or Google Password Manager (Android) turned on, your Passkey automatically transfers to your new phone when you log into your Apple or Google account.

3. Account &amp; Wallet Recovery (If You Lose Access)

If you change devices, lose access to your Passkey, or delete it without cloud backup enabled, you must use your Recovery Kit to restore your wallet. Follow these steps:

Request an Email Code: Tap Recover Account on the login screen to send a single-use code to your registered email.

Verify Identity: Enter the email code and complete the quick identity verification step (ID check).

Enter Your Recovery Kit: Input your saved Recovery Kit code to restore your digital wallet.

Set Up Your New Passkey: Register a new Passkey and save your NEW Recovery Kit immediately. (Your old Recovery Kit is void once used).

Generate &amp; Save Your New Recovery Kit: Generate a brand-new Recovery Kit and store it safely. (Your old Recovery Kit is permanently voided once used).

⚠️ CRITICAL DISCLAIMER: Your Recovery Kit is the ONLY key to restoring your wallet and assets if you lose access to your Passkey. Each Recovery Kit can only be used ONCE and must be replaced immediately after use. If you lose BOTH your Passkey and your active Recovery Kit, your wallet and assets will be permanently lost. Socios.com does not store your Recovery Kit and has no technical ability to reset or restore it for you. Always save your active Recovery Kit in a secure, offline location.
