How do I verify my email address?

After registering on Socios.com, we will send a verification email to the address you provided. To complete the setup:

  1. Click the link in the email.

  2. Enter the verification code provided there directly within the app.

If you haven’t received the email:

  • Confirm that your email address was entered correctly.

  • Check your Junk or Spam folders.

How do I change my email address?

To update your email, go to: App Menu ☰ > Account Management > Security > Your email address.

  1. Enter the new email address in the designated field.

  2. A verification code will be sent to your new email address.

  3. Enter the code within the app to authorize the change.
