How do I verify my email address?

After registering on Socios.com, we will send a verification email to the address you provided. To complete the setup:

  • Open the Verification Email: Check your inbox for our initial email and tap the verification link.

  • Access Account Management: The link will automatically open the app and take you to Account Management > Your Email.

  • Request Your Secure Code: In the app, tap the button to trigger a second email. This will contain your unique 6-digit verification code.

  • Enter the Code: Check your email again for the code, return to the app, and enter it to finalize your verification.

How do I change my email address?

To update your email, go to: App Menu ☰ > Account Management > Security > Your email address.

  1. Enter the new email address in the designated field.

  2. A verification code will be sent to your new email address.

  3. Enter the code within the app to authorize the change.
